Organisation Structure
A Governing Board has been set-up for undertaking activities in accordance with the policy decisions and for providing guidance to achieve the objectives of the organisation. 10 Chief Executives of Boards/Corporations associated with the development of the Cottage and Rural industries will be the permanent members of the organisation. Where in Commissioner, Cottage and Rural Industries is the chairman by virtue of his designation.

In addition to this experts/representatives of Government, Semi-Government and some voluntary agencies directly or indirectly connected with development of Cottage and Rural Industries not exceeding 12 can also be included in the Governing body.
